Ngaio and Rebecca have created a kind, compassionate and highly organized container to support the grieving family when a loved one has died. They communicate clearly; their expertise is second to none. I so appreciate their gentleness and ethical standards that they have created at Koru. I have recommended them to many of my friends. Our experience was very smooth and easy. My biggest concern with the planning and execution was that there would be a problem activating the services when the time came. My father did in fact pass away somewhat unexpectedly at about midnight, but one call and things ran smoothly. All contacts with Koru were easy and professional. Very well done
