Our experience was very smooth and easy. My biggest concern with the planning and execution was that there would be a problem activating the services when the time came. My father did in fact pass away somewhat unexpectedly at about midnight, but one call and things ran smoothly. All contacts with Koru were easy and professional. Very well done
