André died at the age of 91 in Brantford, ON on February 24, 2017.

Predeceased by his wife and infant daughter. Survived by six children, eleven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren and Mary Jane.

André’s ashes will be interred in the Veteran’s section of the Boundary Bay Cemetery, Tsawwassen, BC with a reception following.
