Barrie Regan was born in Tisdale, SK in June of 1929 to Edward and Eulalie Webber. This gentle quiet man, passed away peacefully at the age of 92 on May 1st 2022.

He was surrounded by family in his final days, and passed at Blenheim Lodge where he lived for the past 3 years.
In his early years Barrie was in the Canadian military and an apprentice in the Manitoba mines.
Barrie was an ambitious individual whose passions used both his mind and his hands. He built a 37 foot sailboat and sailed for years around the BC coast. He built the home where he raised his family.
In his retirement he built his dream home on the shore of Coal Harbour on Vancouver Island where family and friends enjoyed many memorable times.
Predeceased by his wife Arleigh and 3 brothers and 3 sisters he is sadly missed by his children Francine (Robert Regan-Pollock),  Gary (Carla Allen with Oksana Plekan) and grandaughters Aleesah and Lewnna Tanabe-Regan. Also missed by many cousins, family members and friends.
A very special thank you to the staff at Blenheim Lodge Vancouver with whom he had a very caring relationship. In lieu of flowers the family requests a donation to Blenheim Lodge via The Calling Foundation  https://callingfoundation.org/
