We are deeply saddened and forever broken hearted to announce the sudden passing of our beautiful, kindhearted and devoted mother, Concettina Bicego, who passed away on February 17, 2023. She was and always will be our one in a million Angel.
She was predeceased by her mother and father Maria and Antonio Ciaburri, her husband Marino, brothers Franco and Giuseppe, sisters Maria and Lucia, brother-in-law Silvio, sister-in-law Teresa, niece Maria and great-nephew Joseph.
She is survived by her two loving and eternally grateful daughters Edvige “Eddi” and Patrizia “Trish”, son-in-laws Shawn and Albert, grandchildren Taylor (Travis), Lucas, Carly, Bianca, great-granddaughter Remington, brother-in-law Tony, brother-in-law Antonio and many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
Tina loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed cooking, baking and tending to her huge vegetable garden. She devoted her life and sacrificed so much to make her daughters lives the best she could offer. She made an impact on everyone she met and will be deeply missed by so many. Everyone who met her loved her instantly.
Special thank you to all the caring nurses and doctors at St. Paul’s Hospital, especially the Palliative Care Unit who took the time to get to know her and her family.
Funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at 11:00 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Parish at 555 Slocan Street in Vancouver, BC.
Barry and Helen Woloski
