GREIG, Graham Farquharson, born August 12, 1945, in Forfar, Scotland, to Walter and Christina Greig. Died just short of his 70th birthday, on May 16, 2015 at St. John Hospice, in Vancouver, BC, of heart failure. Deeply mourned by his loving son, Duncan, former wife and long-time best friend Margaret, brother Sandy Greig in Scotland, as well as Fiona Greig and Alisdair Greig. Warmly remembered by sister-in-law Wendy Sarkissian, as well other family and friends. Private cremation. A small memorial will be held in late June 2015. In lieu of flowers please donate to a charity of your choice. Deep gratitude to all the staff at St. John Hospice who tended to the three of us so beautifully during Graham’s last days.

    To Margaret and Duncan,

    We are saddened to hear of Graham’s passing and offer our deepest condolences. We have enormous respect for his inner strength and courage during his illness. Graham Greig was a good man, a good soul, a good dad. We will miss him. May he find peace.

    Duncan and Margie,

    I am sad for your loss. Graham brought a smile and a strength to your daily lives. I have admired your courage as you have both helped Graham through this last leg of his journey. i know he was grateful and was proud of your commitment, love and care.

    Dear Margie and Duncan:

    So sorry to hear of Graham’s death. I hadn’t seen him for a very long time, but I have fond memories of visits in Qualicum Beach and Richmond.

    I hope that you can lean on each other and the love of family and friends to get you through this horrendously difficult time.
