It is with great sadness that the family announces the sudden and tragic passing of Nelson Toro-Cortez on May 23rd, 2018.
He was an amazing son, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, cousin & friend. Nelson was so loved by his family here in Canada and in Chile.
He was a kind, gentle soul that will be forever missed.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, June 3rd 2018 from 1:30 – 3:30 p.m., at Mountain View Cemetery, Celebration Hall, 5455 Fraser St, Vancouver.
The family is planning a Celebration of Nelson’s Life and the details will be announced as soon as possible.
Should friends desire, in lieu of flowers, donations can be made to continue Nelson’s legacy by providing funds for his grandchildren to pursue arts programming.
