July 22, 1931 – January 11, 2017

It is with great sadness that I, Robert Carrier, say goodbye to my partner and friend, Roy Urquhart. Roy passed peacefully January 11, 2017 at St. Paul’s Hospital. His passing was quick and unexpected from a recurring melanoma which turned into leukemia.

Roy spent most of his adult life as a teacher and world traveler. He will be favourably remembered by his colleagues and his many students.

We will all miss his warmth, kindness, wonderful smile and great sense of humour and even his penchant for a glass of wine at dinner.

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations to your favourite charity would be appreciated.

Peace and Love.

We are all very sad to hear of Mr. Urquhart’s sudden passing. We last saw him in November and he was in very good spirits. He was one of our VIP clients for more than 20 years and always a true pleasure to deal with. We all looked forward to see him twice a year to hear all about his wonderful travels.

Aurevoir Monsieur Urquhart. You will be missed very dearly and never forgotten.

Odette Morin and everyone at the You First office.
